The Ohio-based Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption conducts surveys of employer policies to identify and rank adoption-friendly workplaces. In recent years, the foundation has also identified “foster family-friendly workplaces.” These employers provide benefits to employees who are foster parents. They include the Coca-Cola Company, UPS, Time Inc., Domino’s Pizza, Microsoft Corporation, Eli Lilly & Company, American Academy of Pediatrics, the University of Notre Dame, Baylor University, Hasbro and others.
