On February 27, 2020, the Children’s Bureau issued a Program Instruction (ACYF-CB-PI-20-04) to provide guidance to child welfare agencies on actions required to apply for one-time Family First Transition Act grants.  The PI describes allowable uses of Transition Grant funding and provides instructions on applying for and reporting on funds.  See here for the Program Instruction.
